Production | Line pipe

The main features:
1.
Pipes are made from coiled steel that ensures a narrow range of chemical composition, low percentage of harmful impurities (sulfur, phosphorus) and inclusions, minimum difference in wall thickness in the final pipe.
2.
The specified wall thickness of the coiled steel, the-state-of-the-art technology and high precision of the rolls ensure much better precision of geometrical parameters in the final pipe compared to the same seamless pipe. That allows us to make more precise calculations of the gas/oil pipelines and as a result to lower the cost.
3.
In the pipe mill the inside and outside flash shall be removed. The outside flash is completely removed, the height of the inside flash shall not exceed 0,38 mm.
4.
100% of welded seam is annealed that ensures weld seam structure normalization and equal strength both of the weld seam and the base material.
5.
Use of specially developed steel groups allows us to produce pipe to be used in cold resistance (07ГФБ) and corrosion resistance applications (13ХФА, 08ХМФЧА).
6.
. Use of different steel groups (including 09ГСФ, 09Г2С, 17Г1С, 08ГБЮ, 20) and full body heat treatment allows us to get the following grades:
  - К42, К48, К50, К52, К54, К55, К56, К60 (GOST 20295-85, TU 14-3Р-26-99, TU 14-3Р-33-2005);
  - L210/A, L245/B, L290-L485/X42-X70 PSL 1 (to API Spec 5L);
  - L245M/BM, L290-L555M/X42M-X80M PSL 2 (to API Spec 5L)
7.
As agreed with the customer, the pipe of intermediate sizes and grades can be manufactured.
8.
The pipes are coated with the protective coating against corrosion during transit.
