JSC “Gazprom trubinvest” Laboratory accreditation to ISO/ IEC 17025:2005
In March 2022, the Central Plant Laboratory of JSC “Gazprom trubinvest” passed successfully the
inspection of the laboratory accreditation body – AAC “Analitika” .
Based on the evaluation results of personnel qualification and experience, material and technical
base of the Laboratory it was given the international certificate of accreditation that certifies its
technical competence in the declared scope of accreditation and maintenance of the quality
management system of the Laboratory.
Note:
The Association of Analytical Centres “Analitika” is a full member and participant of the ILAC
(International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and APLAC Mutual Recognition
Arrangement (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation). The Arrangement was signed
by more than 90 accreditation bodies including Germany, France, Great Britain, USA, China,
Japan and others.

JSC “Gazprom trubinvest” has received a certificate of compliance with the requirements
of ISO 45001:2018
The certification body of the Voluntary Certification System “Unified Standard” has confirmed
the compliance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System of JSC “Gazprom
trubinvest” with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018. According to the results of the audit, a
certificate of conformity was issued with a validity period of three years.

JSC Gazpromtrubinvest passed successfully a recertification audit of the QMS for the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015
October 25-27, 2021 JSC Gazprom trubinvest, being one of the leading suppliers of tubular products for the oil and gas complex of Russia, passed successfully a recertification audit of the conformance of the quality management system to ISO 9001: 2015. The audit was conducted by the Certification Association “Russian Register”.

The recognition of Certificates of Conformity issued in the Russian Register system is confirmed by the membership of the Russian Register in the International Network of Certification Bodies IQNet included. The IQNet certification system is designed to ensure the highest possible recognition on the global market for IQNet members. The Russian Register, being an IQNet partner, issues to customers, in addition to the Certificate of Conformity in its system, a typical IQNet Certificate of Conformity.

The corporate name of JSC Gazpromtrubinvest has been changed to JSC Gazprom trubinvest
By the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Gazpromtrubinvest dated October 27, 2021, JSC Gazpromtrubinvest was renamed JSC Gazprom trubinvest. A change in the Company's brand name does not constitute a reorganization of a legal entity, does not entail the termination or change of rights and obligations under contractual and other obligations of the Company. The details of the Company, including OGRN, INN, KPP, location address, postal address, settlement account, etc., remained unchanged.

The range of products shipped by JSC Gazpromtrubinvest has been expanded with seamless OCTG
The specialists of JSC Gazpromtrubinvest developed and mastered the technology of replacing hot-rolled rolled products used in the production of threaded pipes with hot-rolled seamless pipes in the shortest possible time. The use of this technology in the context of a galloping increase in rental prices allowed the company to gain greater freedom of maneuver in choosing suppliers of basic materials and, as a result, reduce the cost of raw materials.

25 years for the benefit of the development of the country's pipe industry.
This year JSC Gazpromtrubinvest celebrates its 25th anniversary. The history of the company's development is, above all, a success story. Today, every seventh threaded pipe in Russia is produced at the Volgorechensk Pipe Plant. The company is still the only manufacturer of the complete line of welded OCTG in the post-Soviet space. It is expected that by the end of 2018 will be produced 2 million tons of oil and gas pipes throughout the company's history.

JSC Gazpromtrubinvest and PAO Severstal confirmed their strategic partnership.
In Cherepovets, the meeting of the Coordination Board took place, during which JSC Gazpromtrubinvest, one of the leading national manufacturers of welded OCTG pipes, and PAO Severstal, one of the largest, vertically integrated steel and companies in the world, discussed the main directions of further strategic cooperation.
The top management of JSC Gazpromtrubinvest and PAO Severstal discussed issues of technical cooperation for further improvement of quality of metal supplied and products delivery as well as prospective directions of development of new types of products. The participants paid special attention to the properties of OCTG that JSC Gazpromtrubinvest produces from hot-roller coiled steel of PAO Severstal.
During the meeting the sides agreed to continue joint work on selection of the steel intended for manufacture of casing of Grade K55. Also, PAO Severstal will go on optimizing the production process of coiled steel of high strength with enhanced anticorrosion properties to be used in manufacture of tubing at JSC Gazpromtrubinvest.

Project on organization of manufacture of seamless pipes.
In order to take over new market segments, where pipes used cannot be made by welding process, JSC Gazpromtrubinvest starts a project on the organization of manufacture of seamless pipes. One of the most sophisticated technologies (3-roll-method) will be applied and this will ensure precise geometrical parameters of seamless products comparable to welded ones. After the project, a unique OCTG production complex for both welded and seamless pipes will be formed on the base of JSC Gazpromtrubinvest.

New technical requirements for oil/gas pipelines of enhanced cold and corrosion resistance.
On June 01, 2016, new technical requirements TU 1303-017-25955489-2016 Electric-welded steel oil/gas line pipes of enhanced cold and corrosion resistance were introduced. These requirements cover steel oil/gas pipelines made by high-frequency welding with one longitudinal seam, Grades K48-K56, with enhanced cold resistance. The pipes are acceptable for the use in the Lukoil Group facilities located in the climatic regions of the Far North or equal to them and have cold resistance at -60ºC and higher.
On December 20, 2016, technical requirements TU 1303-016-25955489-2016 Electric-welded steel line pipe of enhanced cold and corrosion resistance for the construction of PAO NK Rosneft deposit facilities became effective. These technical requirements cover high-frequency welded steel oil and gas line pipe with one longitudinal seam, heat-treated, Grades K52 and K56, with enhanced cold and corrosion resistance in H2S- and CO2- environments. The pipes are acceptable for the use in the PAO NK Rosneft subsidiaries’s facilities located in the climatic regions of the Far North or equal to them and have cold resistance at -60ºC and higher.

These technical requirements cover high-frequency welded steel oil and gas line pipes with one longitudinal seam, Grades K48-K56, with enhanced cold and corrosion resistance in H2S- environment. The pipes are acceptable for the use in the PAO Gasprom Neft subsidiaries’s facilities located in the climatic regions of the Far North or equal to them and have cold resistance at - 60ºC and higher.
The pipes made to the above technical requirements are intended for the construction of technological and oilfield pipelines with the working pressure up to 7,4 Mpa for conveying gas, oil and oil products (flow lines, oil collector, and others) as well as for high-pressure and low-pressure water pipelines.

Startup of Medium Diameter Pipe Production Complex
Medium Diameter Pipe Production Complex was put into operation with the capacity of 350 thousand tons of products per year.
It has been the largest project for the last 10 years in the Kostroma region. The investments totaled 12 billions of roubles. The design and the construction of the Complex lasted for three and a half years. More than 500 high-tech jobs were created.
The production premises of Medium Diameter Pipe Production Complex having 87 thousand square meters are equipped with innovative, high-tech equipment of leading global manufacturers, like SMS MEER, BRONX, EMAG, ELTI and others.
The pipe range is from to 127 to 426 mm in outside diameter.
One of the characteristics of the production is the inspection of each technological operation.
The Complex will allow us to replace about 17 % of the same imported OCTG pipe:
- with gas-tight Premium thread connections including the thread connections for directional and horizontal wells;
- with enhanced anticorrosion features.
